Progio has a simple and intuitive user interface designed for quick navigation through workout instructions while exercising. Each exercise comes with a short video clip, images demonstrating key positions, and the software keeps track of the workout log for you. Progio also downloads workouts from interactive fitness portals and uploads workout logs to your personal online account on progio.com. Version 1.32 enhances user interface. Version 1.42 adds online workout tracking to the Progio System. The user interface also includes new features to input personal workout data, such as weights, repetitions, exercises completed.
